STEP 1

Place ankle hitch around patient’s wrist,
shorten green strap.

STEP 2

Place thigh strap around the shoulder and under the arm pit,
tighten strap until receptacle is at shoulder.

STEP 3

Place pole between pole receptacle and place
yellow tab strap on pole dart.

STEP 4

Pull red tab strap, applying traction to arm,
finish with securing straps around pole and arm.
