Announcing the economical and practical Spider-PAK™!

Emergency Products + Research has added yet another innovative and convenient product package. The Spider-PAK™. This package was developed by our VP of Operations in an effort to allow the first responder the freedom, and convenience of carrying both the Spider-Strap™, and the Pedi-Spider™. EP+R announces launch of new Hand-E™ hand hold device

Emergency Products + Research has continued it's never ending quest for new products by adding the Hand-E™ short term hand hold device. The Hand-E™ short-term hand holder has been designed for temporary use on unresponsive patients as a means of securing the arms for patient handling and transport. EP+R introduces the Pedi-Spider™ for pediatric immobilization

Designed by EP+R product designer Lisa Valadie, the Pedi-Spider™ incorporates some of the same quality characteristics of it's larger Spider-Strap™. The main difference is the Pedi-Spider was designed exclusively for pediatric patients. Thereby eliminating the need for "improvising" when it came to pediatric immobilization. EP+R makes additional improvements to Rescu-Air air filled child seat

The Rescu-Air air filled child seat has gone under some major improvements to it's already successful construction. Notable improvements include the new Cot Harness System which enables safe and secure anchoring of the seat front and back. Also improved upon is the new release valve, ensuring proper inflation and PSI regardless of atmospheric conditions. Check it out here!

EP+R's new Hand-E™ device aides NYC paramedics in JEMS Games.

The five teams that competed in the Friday, March 24, finals of the 2006 JEMS Games competition marched into the EMS Today exhibit hall with all the fanfare of the 2006 Olympic Games. The teams were escorted into the hall on Saturday afternoon by the Baltimore City Fire Department honor guard, with Olympic music playing and loud applause by conference attendees, their fellow competitors and vendors.
Cheers resonated through the massive exhibit hall when it was announced that the three-member team from Fire Department of New York EMS took first place in the challenging competition. The FDNY team stood proudly on the elevated podium and accepted their gold medals and prizes totaling more than $6,000.
